Ricky and Amy. The two crazy teens who boinked at band camp and got everyone into this whole conundrum called “The Secret Life of the American Teenager.” This week we ask the age-old question of will they/won’t they? You see, they’re really cute together. But, Ricky has his nasty sex addiction and they’re both kind of still in love with their way less awesome exes.

Amy is back from NYC, and despite the fact that she is sleeping in her own bedroom, Molly Ringwald is daft enough not to realize. Instead, Amy wants to spend the night with Ricky, grilling him for information about his sexual exploits and trying to get the guy to ask her out on a freaking date. (She finally succeeds.)

Meanwhile, Adrian is as horny as ever and wants to get back into Ben’s pants. Jack is still in love with Grace, but also thinks he may spend his life with Madison. Confused? Yeah, so am I. Unfortunately Grace’s new man Grant overheard Jack talking about his feelings for Grace. Awkward! But Grace only has eyes for Grant. For now.

And, in the land of sub-characters we don’t care about: Henry and Alice like sleeping in sleeping bags on Ben’s floor, and get major points for scaring the sausage prince. Madison and Lauren must spend the summer working at the food court instead of performing oral sex. Boo hoo.

But, the best line of the night came from Grant’s mom who warned her son to bring lots o’ condoms to med camp because there are too many pregnant girls in this group of friends. Agreed, Mrs. Grant. Writers—take note: no more teen pregnancies. For now I think we’re in the clear, but who knows what will happen once Amy and Ricky go on their long awaited date next week. If she gets knocked up, you just know you can expect some dramatic music.
