Nothing softens the blow of the end of summer more than getting to buy new stuff!

We’re bringing you the best in study and school supplies for the 2010 school year. Check out these products and why you NEED to have them in your back pack this fall!

LogiPen

Why We Love It: Logipen makes us want to take notes! A sweet gadget that helps translate even our messiest handwriting into perfect printable text to share with friends? Brilliant. Easy set-up and lightweight portability makes it easy to bring to school. We can even write with ink and have a back-up copy to download on our computer later.

Pros: Does what it promises to do: take notes and translates even messy handwriting into English with surprising ease. We’ve tried other systems, and nothing copies and translates text better.

Cons: The price. Maybe Mom and Dad will see the $98.50 as a good investment for our future? Ah, it was worth a shot!

Glam Rocks by Staples

Why We Love it: Rhinestones and Sparkles and Pink—Oh my! These cute and girly accessories are good for any age, but really only for the glam of heart. With pink and white rhinestones pens, staplers and calculators we can’t help but give into our fem instincts and work with glitz.

Pros: Super cute, and did we mention pink? Pink. Pink. Pink.

Cons: Rhinestones are fairly easy to rub off if you try. (Pro—you can restick ‘em to your cell phone when they do!)

Crave Laptop Back Pack by Targus

Why We Love It: This bubbly back-pack helps us feel secure about the general wear and tear our cases go through. We sling them over our shoulders, throw them on the floor, leave them where they can be trampled—and while we’re not sure these back packs can stand up to a  stampede, they certainly look secure!

Pros: Sleek and black, these back-packs are unisex.

Cons: Should be large enough to fit your laptop—but maybe not your textbooks and binders as well.
